Bilen language interpreting & translation

The Bilen language, also known as Bilin, is an Afro-Asiatic language spoken by the Bilen people, who primarily reside in Eritrea, a country located in the Horn of Africa. The Bilen people are mainly concentrated in the Anseba region of Eritrea.

Bilen is a member of the Semitic language family, which includes well-known languages like Arabic, Hebrew, and Amharic. Within the Semitic family, Bilen specifically belongs to the South Semitic subgroup.

The Bilen language has its own unique script, which is known as Ge’ez or Ethiopic script. This script is an abugida, meaning that each character represents a consonant with an inherent vowel sound that can be modified with diacritics.

Bilen is characterised by its distinct phonological features and grammar, which set it apart from other Semitic languages. Like many Semitic languages, Bilen exhibits a system of root-based morphology, where words are formed from triconsonantal roots.
